City Council meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at Skyline City Hall, 164 S. Skyline Dr. Meetings start at 6:45 p.m. There is a 15-minute public open forum at the start of each meeting at which time anyone present may address the Council.

New and prospective homeowners in Skyline, please be aware that no rental properties are allowed within the City of Skyline. The City does not, has not, and will not issue any rental licenses. All houses must be owner occupied per city zoning ordinance.
The Skyline 2020 Drinking Water Report, produced by the Minnesota Department of Health, is now available. Download a copy by clicking HERE.
You may also ask City Clerk Marnie Korteum for a copy, or visit City Hall, where a copy of the report will be posted for 30 days.
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Monday mornings. If Monday falls on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, or Christmas Day, then pickup will occur on the following Tuesday instead. To see a list of items that are NOT acceptable to put in your garbage, and will not be picked up, click HERE.
Water Meters are read every odd-numbered month, usually around the 3rd weekend. If you see someone approaching your house with a notepad and looking at your meter pads, say "Hi" and thank them for the work they do!
